Brief introduction
For all authors wishing to attend this congress and exchange latest research knowledge with others, the requirements of presentation and publication are as follows:
1. Complete the registration of the Online Abstract Submission System and login with the username/password sended via email by abstract@ibs2008.org;
2. Submit a 1-page extended abstract in English (UK or US); Click here to download the Template for Abstracts.
3. Only those authors applying for the BP Young Scientists & Students Awards should send a full paper. Please visit the section for details.
The selection of presentations (Oral and Poster) will be based on the review of the abstracts by the scientific committee. Notice of acceptance will be sent to the author soon after, at a date to be announced.
It is therefore imperative that you submit abstract(s) as early as possible ahead of the deadline 1 March, 2008. News: The IBS-2008 online submission system is still open for late submissions to the Poster Session reporting updated research progress. (updated on July 9, 2008)
If you, for any reason, fail to submit the abstract (or full paper) online, please send it via e-mail to abstract@ibs2008.org, and indicate in the Subject line:
"Section&session number-Abstract/full paper-author name",
using the same document template required for online submission.
